November 2009 Evening Class Supply List & Card Preview

November 2009 Friday Evening
Card Class Supply List

Supply List

  • Paper Cutter
  • Patterned Paper (I will be using 5 coordinating patterns on both cards)
  • Adhesive
  • Ruler
  • Ink pad (I will use black)
  • Sentiment Stamps
  • Brads (I will use three on each card)
  • Scalloped edged scissors or paper cutting blade (optional)
  • 8½ x 11 White Card-stock or pre-made, blank cards. (I’m working with card sized to 5½ x 4)

We will be making two cards if time permits. Both cards call for 5 different patterns of paper. I use double sided paper from the same line so I know that they will all match, but you don’t have to. For example, for the cards I’m demonstrating in this class I used five sheets (double sided, so there are two different patterns on one sheet) of the “Mia” line by Crate Paper. You can use what you want though.

Any of my cards would work great for Holiday cards! If you want to get started on your Thanksgiving or Christmas cards feel free to bring your Holiday paper! I will be at Roberts 15 minutes before class begins to answer any questions and give suggestions on products.

Novembers Classes!

Yes, that is classes, plural, more than one! I am excited to announce that to help you get started on your Holiday cards I will be doing two classes in November! I will be doing a Friday Evening class on the 13th, and a Saturday Afternoon class on the 21st! If I have a good turn out for the Saturday Afternoon class I will probably be doing all of my future classes on Saturday Afternoons. I am currently working on the cards I will be teaching and hope to have posts with supply lists for both classes up by this week sometime, maybe even tomorrow! Tell your friends and family members who may be interested in the class, spread the word! Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions! I love to hear from you! Thanks everyone!
